White sheets of paper hang on a yellowish marbled old wall. There's a distorted portrait on each one of a person who has been drawn without looking.

FACES OF AN EXHIBITION: a film about art and schizophrenia

Can art tell us something about schizophrenia that language can’t? FACES OF AN EXHIBITION is an immersive documentary by Nina Wesemann and Simon Reichel. Funded by the Volkswagen Foundation, it accompanies the first project of our Pop-up Institute. A group of artists with and without schizophrenia experience create mental – an art festival on schizophrenia and against psychism. The film screening will be followed by a Q&A session on the arts, anti-sanism and knowledge equity with collaborators of the project.
